WFMZ's Matt Broderick has a look at your morning forecast, and what's in store for the rest of your Thursday, from the Weather Center.
In the sky tonight: At 5a EDT, the moon will occult Neptune, which can be seen in Eastern Asia, the Philippines, Japan and here in the U.S., in western Alaska. An occultation occurs when the moon passes in front of another object, thus blocking it from view.
