After the rain yesterday and early this morning, most areas have received around 1-2” of rain with locally higher amounts around 3”. Now that the rain has ended, this afternoon looks to stay mostly sunny. Humidity will be dropping through the day as a cold front pushes through, but high temperatures will still manage to hit the upper 80s. There may be a shower this afternoon into this evening, generally north towards the Poconos. Otherwise, it’s a more comfortable night with partly cloudy skies and low temperatures around 60 degrees.
Tomorrow is a nice day from start to finish with overall mostly sunny skies, low humidity and high temperatures in the seasonable low 80s. Once again, an afternoon into evening shower or t-storm is possible to the north.
The start of the week on Monday and Tuesday high temperatures will be much cooler and only reach the mid to upper 70s. Both days should feature a mix of clouds and sun with a shower or t-storm possible to the north once again. However, temperatures will rebound so by Friday high temperatures will soar into the 90s with humidity.
