Finding the perfect fit. It's the goal in remodeling an apartment. Under the eye of Post Road Management, 15-year-old Chuck learned the tools of the renovating trade.

Finding the perfect fit is also the family goal for Chuck. The teen is 1 of 3,000 kids across the state in foster care looking to build a future in a permanent home.

"I don't know if you remember Happy Days. There was a character named Fonzi. I think he has the calmness of Fonzi," said case worker Marian Kolcum.

And the handiness of "This Old House." Whether it's installing a sink, hanging a closet door, or drilling cabinet hardware, this wanna be contractor proved his worth.

"Beautiful. I think I should go home and you can do the rest," said contractor Johnny Rabih.

And if Chuck's face looks familiar you've seen it before. We featured his identical twin brother as a featured fire fighter in October.

As for a family best suited for Chuck?

"We would like one with a strong male influence. Definitely someone who will pay attention to him," Kolcum said.

And one that may need a home remolding job.
