It's the start of September, which means Labor Day is right around the corner.

Chef Fred Duerr from the Rising Sun Inn, and helper at Henry's Salt of the Sea, was in the 69 News kitchen Friday morning to share some creative dishes perfect for any barbecue you may have planned this weekend.

He made BBQ pork tenderloin, street corn avocado salad and steamed clams.
