WEST READING, Pa. - A man who tested positive for coronavirus after being involved in a car accident has died.

The 50-year-old Lancaster County man was admitted to Reading Hospital on March 30 after being involved in the crash in Reading, according to the Berks County coroner's office.

Due to symptoms and sick contacts, he was tested for COVID-19, which came back positive, officials said.

The man died on Sunday from virus-related respiratory failure, the coroner said.
