EAST EARL TWP, Pa. -- Lancaster County DA has filed aggravated assault charges against a man who was shot by police near Morgantown.
Authorities said Zachary Gilbaugh is wanted in Berks, Chester and Lancaster counties.
They tried to arrest him Tuesday in East Earl Township.
They said he threatened police with bricks, a saw blade, and a blowtorch before driving at officers.
The DA said officers fired at Gilbaugh, hitting him multiple times.
Gilbaugh remains in the hospital under guard.
