BOYERTOWN, Pa. - An argument between a man and a woman led to a homicide in eastern Berks County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Austin Miller fatally stabbed Christina Blackburn Thursday morning in the unit block of South Reading Avenue in Boyertown, police said in a news release Friday.

The two were arguing and Blackburn got a knife, police said. An fight ensued and both struggled for the knife, but Miller overpowered Blackburn and stabbed her in the neck, investigators said.

Blackburn, 24, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital near Allentown, where she later died.

Miller, 23, was charged with homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
