READING, Pa. – A Reading man will spend at least a decade in prison for killing a man in a restaurant parking lot.

Jonathan Roman-Hernandez pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and other charges. A judge ordered him to serve 10 to 30 years in state prison.

Police said Roman-Hernandez shot two men outside the McDonald's at North Ninth and Spring streets in Reading in 2017.

The victim, Christopher Cuevas, 21, was training to become a professional boxer.
