The man was identified Friday morning as Jason Taylor, 44, of Reading.
Police told 69 News that Taylor was driving more than double the 25 mph speed limit along Pennsylvania Avenue in Shillington late Thursday afternoon, when his van went up on the sidewalk and rolled onto its side in front of a home.
