Shots fired in Lower Alsace

LOWER ALSACE TWP., Pa. - A reported shooting in the Pennside section of Lower Alsace Township has the Central Berks Regional police looking for a pair of vehicles.

The shots were fired shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday near Carsonia and Harvey avenues.

Someone in a black Ford Focus fired four shots at a black Acura MDX, according to the police, who said that the Focus drove north toward Oley Township, and the MDX drove south toward Reading.

No one was reported to have been injured by the gunfire.
