CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Love is in the air at DeSales University Friday night. 20 alumni couples got the chance to say "I do" all over again during a vow renewal ceremony.

Justin and Christina Wood have been married for five years. They met at freshman orientation in 2007.

"He probably asked me out a couple times and then I finally said yes after the third," Christina said.

Everyone inside Connelly Chapel eventually said yes and I do to their spouses. On Valentine's Day, the group renewed their vows together in an inaugural ceremony.

Jeffrey and Beth Dietzler met their first day as theater majors in 2003.

"He made a really weird announcement when they did roll call and instead of staying here he said I am a banana and from then on I've always said I married that guy and that guy became the guy," Beth said.

Each guy there became "the guy" for their gals at some point in their lives. Mark Ritchie, who also renewed his vows with his wife Carmel Friday night, organized the event.

"We're gonna make this an annual event and hopefully it'll grow," Ritchie said.

Just like the Ritchie's, Dietzler's and Wood's love has grown over the years thanks in part to DeSales University.
