Whitehall Township fatal crash 5-25-20

WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. - An 83-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Whitehall Township Monday evening.

Louise Kelleher, of Whitehall, was pronounced dead at the scene around 6:15 p.m., according to the Lehigh County coroner's office.

She died of injuries sustained in the crash and her death was ruled an accident, the coroner said.

Kelleher was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the wreck around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of MacArthur Road and South Church Street, the coroner said.

Kelleher was making a left from MacArthur Road onto South Church Street when her car was hit by an oncoming vehicle, police said.

The driver of the other vehicle was ejected from the car and taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest with serious injuries, Whitehall police said. That person's condition is not known.
