A lawsuit filed by a local abortion clinic against three repeat protesters was dismissed.

Allentown Women's Center and the defendants agreed that the complaint be dismissed with prejudice, meaning it was dismissed permanently. Each side will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

The Northampton County abortion clinic had asked a federal judge to order three protesters to stay at least 25 feet away from its driveway entrance. The Allentown Women's Center filed a six-count lawsuit in federal court on April 11 over the repeat protesters' "threatening" behavior.

The abortion clinic in Hanover Township, Northampton County claims John Dunkle, Anthony Sulpizio and Mark Michael Bogunovich have phycially blocked, intimidated, threatened and interfered with patients, employees and doctors.

Allentown Women's Center had no comment.

An attorney for one of the protesters said "The parties reached an amicable agreement in which the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice.  Terms or conditions of the settlement, if any, are confidential."
