Coordinated Health is now part of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

The organizations finalized the deal, which was first announced in September, on Thursday, according to a news release from LVHN.

“We want to assure patients they will continue to receive care with their Coordinated Health doctors just like they do today,”  said Brian Nester, LVHN president and CEO. “Current Coordinated Health offices and hospitals will continue normal operations with no immediate changes to the great service and access patients are accustomed to receiving at Coordinated Health and Lehigh Valley Health Network.”

LVHN and Coordinated Health announced in September they had signed a binding letter of intent. The Federal Trade Commission and the state attorney general's office finished their reviews in November, LVHN said.

“While it will take time to complete a comprehensive integration plan, our focus remains on providing innovative orthopedic care, superior access and great service to the community," Nester said.
