Truckers are turning to the Supreme Court in their fight against Pennsylvania's tolls.

The trucker's trade organization that brought the lawsuit says the turnpike has illegally collected more than $6 billion in tolls since 2007 to pay for non-turnpike items like public transit.

The group also calls the tolls excessive and unconstitutional. In August, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit dismissed the lawsuit.
