RUSH TWP., Pa. - One person was severely burned after a fire at Silberline Manufacturing in Schuylkill County.

The fire broke out shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday at the facility on Lincoln Drive in Rush Township, according to county dispatchers. Several fire departments responded to the fire.  

One person was severely burned and flown out for medical treatment, dispatchers said.

According to the company's website, Silberline Manufacturing is a global provider of aluminum effect pigments that are used in a wide variety of applications, from automotive paints and printing inks to plastics, protective coatings and consumer packaged goods.
