TOBYHANNA TWP., Pa. -- A PennDOT plow truck struck and killed a woman in Monroe County.
Botasha "Bo" Torres was killed instantly when she was hit by a PennDOT truck on Friday evening.
It happened around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 940 and Sir Bradford Road in Tobyhanna Township.
Pocono Mountain Regional Police said the investigation is pending.
At this point, there's no word on whether authorities may file charges.
