CARBON COUNTY, Pa. -- Multiple fire departments from the surrounding area battled a house fire in Bowmanstown Friday night. 

Crews were called to the 200 block of Craig Street at around 9:27 p.m.

Officials say the fire started in the attic portion of the house. Crews were on scene for around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 

No details yet on possible injuries or displacements.
