PERKASIE, Pa. | A Bucks County family got quite a surprise after heavy rains on Friday.

Family members discovered dark lines dripping down the walls of their Perkasie home last week. They learned the lines weren't a result of storm damage, but rather honey.

The storm led the family to discover a bee hive near the roof.

The family said they'd notice a rogue bee from time to time in their attic, but never thought much of it. Now, they're working with a local beekeeper to get the bees safely moved to a better colony at his farm.
