EAST WHITELAND TWP., Pa. - Law enforcement in Chester County busted a sex trafficking ring.

The District Attorney's office announced Wednesday the arrest of 3 men who allegedly kidnapped their victims and subjected them to sexual servitude, sexual assault and criminal acts.

They have been identified as Dimas Hernandez, Franklin Mendieta, and Josue Sanchez.

The break in the case happened when a 14-year-old was rescued from a Wawa parking lot in May after sending a message to her mother on Facebook. That's when authorities learned she and an 18-year-old were victims of human trafficking.

Authorities also arrested five men who paid to have sex with the victims.

The district attorney's office will continue the investigation to determine if there were other victims of the sex trafficking organization.

Any one with information regarding the investigation are asked to call Chester County Detectives at 610-344-6866.
