Three people who say they were sexually abused by a former Warren County, New Jersey sheriff will have their day in court.

Their attorney says they were sexually abused by the late Warren County sheriff Edward Bullock. They claim the county knew about it and did nothing.

The county has denied the accusations.

Their attorney says their civil suits will be heard in court in April.

Bullock was indicted in 2015 by a grand jury for allegedly sexually abusing a 10 year old boy in the mid 1980's.

The jury deadlocked.

Bullock died later that year before a new trial could be scheduled.
