Overturned RV causes traffic headaches on Pa. Turnpike

An accident caused heavy delays on the Pennsylvania Turnpike near the border between Berks and Chester counties Tuesday morning.

An RV overturned in the eastbound lanes between the Morgantown (Exit 298) and Downingtown (Exit 312) interchanges.

All eastbound lanes were closed, but reopened shortly before 8 a.m. though heavy delays were still reported in the area.

Drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route.
