Allentown police: 2 men in stable condition after early-morning shooting

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Investigators are trying to piece together what happened after two men were shot early Sunday morning.

Authorities were called to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown after two men with gunshot wounds walked in, according to Allentown Police Captain James Keiser.

The men were shot in the unit block of North Race Street around 5 a.m., Keiser said.

Both shooting victims were in stable condition, but police did not have further details about what happened.

Police are still investigating the situation.
