The murder trial of Robert Durst continues in California.
On Monday jurors heard from one of his friends, who said she never wanted to believe he killed his wife, Kathie.
In videotaped testimony from 2017, Emily Altman said she never asked Durst because she didn't want to know the answer.
Durst is a Leigh University grad who is on trial for allegedly killing his longtime friend, Susan Berman, in 2000.
Prosecutors believe he killed her to stop her from telling what she knew about the disappearance of Kathie Durst in 1982.
Durst once spent time in Northampton County prison for stealing a sandwich from a Wegmans in Bethlehem.
