Sunday was the first training day for the Kids Duathlon.

The event, to be held June 12th, is a run-bike event for kids ages 6-13.

Training days are being held at the Bob Rodale Cycle and Fitness Park in Trexlertown every Sunday until the race date.

The program is designed to teach children the importance of healthy habits including diet and exercise.
