The first 100 days of a presidential period are considered a benchmark to measure the early success of a president. 

Joining the 69 News Sunrise team Saturday morning to talk about Joe Biden's first 100 days in office was Ted Masthay, assistant professor of political science at DeSales University. 

Masthay shared his thoughts on Biden's plans for rolling out 100 million COVID vaccinations and a $1.3 trillion stimulus plan.
