PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly restructured Fletcher Cox's remaining contract to free up about $11 million in cap space.

Cox's contract runs through the 2022 season, entering the weekend he had $13.925 million left as a base which has now been converted into a signing bonus. This bonus runs past the 2022 season, into 'dummy years'.

This is a move that could indicate more extensions or signings are on the way for the Eagles.
